Emmet Cole Can Walk On Water? Is He Jesus?
A new picture added to Facebook today shows what appears to be Emmet Cole walking on water. We’ve heard that there will be magic involved in “The River” so this doesn’t seem too out of the ordinary, but what do you guys think of this? Do you think the show is going to take us too far out of reality to be good? Personally I think if people were able to suspend their beliefs and make LOST as popular as it was, then “The River” should have no trouble gaining an audience. The only thing that could hold it back is the first person POV camera angles. People tend to get dizzy when watching those kind of shows, but I guess we’ll see.
That’s my biggest concern with the show: the camera work. Don’t get me wrong, this looks like it could be a good show and so far I’m liking what I’m seeing. But if the entire series is going to be this wild, bouncing around, first person POV then I might end up not liking it.
Yeah, I really think that’s going to be the biggest hurdle they have to overcome. Hopefully it’s not as jumpy as “The Blair Witch Project” was, but I guess we’ll see.
